If you have an adult project and you’re looking to crowdfund it, chances are traditional capital raising sites won’t work.

That’s exactly what happened to LVLZ (pronounced “levels”). GoFundMe shut them down in less than 12 hours.

“After successfully launching my website I know how hard the process can be, so I decided to launch LVLZ.com,” says Vanessa Veracruz.

“LVLZ gives girls the ability to take control of their websites, be their own bosses and take the leap from ‘performer’ to ‘brand’,” says Vanessa Veracruz.

They did the research and found that Indigogo uses the non adult friendly Paypal as a payment processor, who could keep all the money raised if they found out the project was of an adult nature. So, LVLZ decided to navigate their own crowdfunding campaign.

LVLZ is a progressive web platform and a new way to interact with fans that’s a collaboration between industry photographer/producer, Rick Shameless, and uber popular girl/girl performer Vanessa Veracruz. Five top adult performers, Vanessa Veracruz, Shyla Jennings, Kenna James, Bree Daniels and Karlie Montana, are the first sites launching and each performer is asking their fans to donate to make the project happen.

Each girl will have their own site with their own URL that will function as an online store and one-stop-shop for each girl, offering custom videos, one-on-one shows, products and more. Fans can tip and pay per download.

The sites aren’t membership based and belong to each girl — they decide when and what to shoot, and what goes on their sites.

The platform is easy to navigate and allows the girls to update their sites from main images to uploading content, much like how Facebook, webcam sites and clip stores are run. Plus, the girls can monetize their social media by connecting directly with the fans.

“Three of our five girls we’re launching with live on the East Coast, so not locking them into a contract where they are forced to be in L.A. to shoot updates really makes LVLZ a great option for a lot of talent,” says Rick Shameless.

“There are no minimum requirements for content updates and no affiliate program or payouts.”

Vanessa Veracruz’s site vanessaveracruz.com launched last October and has the same interactive features that led to creating LVLZ.

The girls hope to raise $10,000 or more. The campaign is up and will continue through the first of the year. Go to lvlz.com to find out more about the project and to support these amazing ladies and help them launch their sites.

Backers will be rewarded with amazing premiums, including custom videos, Skype sessions and even directing a scene. See the entire list at vanessaveracruz.com/backourproject.
